Yep! They got rid of me.
You might think one would be removed from a congregation for moral turpitude, stealing the church funds, or theological heresy. Right?
Well one would think that, but this was not the case. I was thrown out because I had the nerve to suggest that everyone go an entire 30 days without griping and complaining, something most members of that particular church were quite good at. That’s it. Just 30 days.
I imagine you have encountered a few people who seem to have embraced griping, whining, and complaining as a lifestyle. Well, this was an entire congregation of them. I suggested that it was a choice not a mandate and that they could, should they decide to, change to a life of gratitude.
And for that they threw me out…had a meeting and voted in the high majority that I had to go, along with, I assume though they didn’t say so, the horse I rode in on.
So, I left.
And the result was this message – How To Be Happy For The Rest Of Your Life. It’s a fun presentation and I promise you, no rancor at all.
I want you to hear it so I digitized it and have put it up here for you. The download procedure is simple but I do have an ulterior motive.
You see, I am systematically turning many of my presentations into MP3 files and will be posting them on this site about one a week where they will be available for just 99 cents each.
But not this one!
How to be Happy is absolutely free. No credit cards, no payment forms, just a free download. All I ask is that you let me send you a notice when a new presentation is available. Hint: You can unsubscribe to the notification list at any time, no hard feelings…I promise.
You might like some of the future titles. A few of them are:

- Finding Forgiveness
- Getting Out

- Looking Ahead – What You See Is What You Get
- People Who Push All The Wrong Buttons
- Rush to Rule

So, why not listen and see what I have discovered it takes to be happy and not just for a day, but for the rest of your life.
